The deck stringers are very straightforward. A small gap is left between the cockpit end of the stringer and the edge of the deck rib, to allow for a hard seat for the coaming. These stringers are lashed on using the structural lashing used previously on all the non-rib parts. I include a photo of the bow pulley, since this is essential if you ever want to store anything up into the bow.
